Shipping:

We offer free USPS shipping on all domestic orders. USPS orders are typically fulfilled in 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Please expect delays with USPS orders during high volume times such as holidays, promotions, and when new inventory becomes available.

At this time, we are not shipping internationally, but we plan to have that feature available in the near future. 

Returns:

We do accept returns. We will issue a refund, in the original form of payment, for returned items that are unworn, unwashed, with all the original tags and packaging and received within 30 days of the original purchase. 

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The garment box cannot be used for shipping, but it must be included in the package to receive the full refund. A $5 deduction will be applied to the refund for return items shipped in the garment box. We do not offer an exchange option. Please email info@shophannah.com to initiate a return.

Returned items can be shipped to the address below:

Reduced items are final sale and cannot be returned. Items purchased with a promo code can be returned for the purchase amount.
